The only thing I found while playing around with character types is that it is a good idea to start your character off with at least level 2 fitness or you’ll end up spending a lot of time in the hospital wing. There are many, many options you can choose from, and this can be a bit daunting at first – especially if you’re new to the game and don’t quite know yet what everything means. Most aspects cost 1 point, though there are a few that cost 2, and a few that actually award you extra points to spend.
